Return Policies
Products Shipped from Our Warehouse in China
Refunds or returns will be accepted if a product is broken, lost, or defective.
If you believe an ordered product meets one of these conditions, submit your request along with all evidence provided by your customer to support the claim.
We will review the evidence and inform you of the next steps regarding a possible refund or replacement.
Refunds
Subscription Products
Consumer Products Innovations is not obligated to grant refunds for subscription products.
However, in specific cases, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and at its sole discretion.
Physical Products
Refund requests for physical products must be submitted within 30 days of payment.
Proof of refund issued to the customer must be provided for Consumer Products Innovations to consider the request.
Any decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of Consumer Products Innovations.
Damaged or Defective Products
Criteria:
- If a product is damaged, defective, or lost, you must submit high-quality images or videos as evidence.
- Evidence must be sent within 7 days of delivery or confirmation of loss.
- Consumer Products Innovations will determine whether a refund or replacement will be granted, at its sole discretion.
Claim Instructions

Step 2 – Review Process:
Our team will analyze the evidence and communicate the decision.
Step 3 – Processing:
If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed promptly.
