Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements

If you are within the 30-day return period, we offer you three options:

  1. Exchange your item for a different size or color.
    • Exchanges are only available for the same model in a different size and/or color.
    • Exchanges for different products are strictly prohibited.
    • We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the product you prefer.

Refunds and Store Credits

Default Refund Method:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit by default.

Refunds to Original Payment Method:

  • If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, please indicate this on the return form.
  • A 15% inspection, storage, and handling fee will apply.
  • Refunds will appear in your account within 7–10 business days after we receive your request.

Exemptions:

  • Orders exchanged or returned due to manufacturing defects are not subject to restocking fees.
  • Fees apply to the original order, and the balance will be refunded.

Important Notes:

  • Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded.
  • Discount codes and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be reissued.

Replacing Incorrect or Defective Items

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue (e.g., incorrect or defective item)
  • Photo or video evidence

Refund Processing Time

Refunds may take up to two weeks to process.

  • All refunds must be verified for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.

How to Return an Item?

  • Every return request must include a return form.
  • Fill out the form accurately and send it along with your item to the return address provided via email.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your bank.
  • Processing times typically take 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns.
  • Store credits will reflect the amount paid.
  • Refunds to the original payment method will match the product price paid, minus restocking fees.

Exchanges

  • Depending on your location, exchanged items may take 2–7 weeks to arrive.

For returns of items valued at over $50, we strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking information.
